The Austin weather in October is pleasantly warm. The warmest times are usually late afternoon to early evening, with a gentle breeze sweeping the city. That means the Austin public swimming pools still get some use during the fall.
Austin has several pools scattered across the city. Depending on the pool, they can be suitable for swimming lessons, competition, or leisure.
