Cut Leyland Cypress and Virginia Pine trees at Evergreen Farms this holiday season. Ride the wagon to the field and harvest the perfect Christmas tree. The area also has a campfire spot, farm animals, playground, nature trail, and gift shop for the family to enjoy. If you prefer pre-cut trees, you can choose either Noble Fir or Fraser Fir. The farm is open on weekdays from 1 pm to 5 pm. Also, they welcome customers on Saturdays, from 10 am to 5 pm, and Sundays, from 1 pm to 5 pm.

Elgin Christmas Tree Farm

Elgin Christmas Tree Farm started in 1984 as Nature Way Tree Farm by Kay and Bill Walton. Twyla, their eldest daughter, took over with her husband, Marc. They continued the tree-farming operations of the business. This 35-year-old farm has trees above 6 ½ feet tall.

They have Leyland Cypress and Virginia Pine trees available in their field. Choosing and cutting a tree costs $15 per foot.

Abrameit’s Tree Farm

Are you interested in pre-cut Nordman Firs for your Christmas tree? Visit Abrameits Tree Farm, located one-fourth mile south of I-10. They also have pre-cut Noble Firs and Virginia Pines to choose from and cut. Archie and Virginia Abrameit own the farm. The trees are available until they sell out. Please call (512) 468-2116 for the farm schedule. The farm is about an hour’s drive from Austin.
