Waterline is a 74-story tower set to be the tallest building in Texas. It is 1,022 feet tall and located along Waterloo Greenway and Waller Creek. The tower also has a view of Lady Bird Lake and is close to Rainey Street. In addition, the developers designed the building to be green and cost-saving. The structure comprises a hotel with 251 rooms and 700,000 square feet of office space. This high-rise building in Austin will open in late 2026.
400 West, 6th St. – (833) 629 2213
Sixth and Guadalupe is a 66-story tower and 875 feet high. It has 349 multi-family units, 34,852 square feet of amenity decks, and 589,112 square feet of office space. The ground floor consists of 10,122 square feet of retail space. Some of their amenities include a fitness center and private outdoor balconies. The high-rise building will open in the fall of 2023.
1104 Sabine St. – (512) 814 3404
1121 at Symphony Square is a mixed-use building with 160,000 square feet of residential and office space. The building has 285 residential units and wellness-oriented amenities like a rooftop park, lap pool, and athletic center. There are biking and hiking trails and private and public green spaces. The target completion date for the building is in the second quarter of 2023.
321 West 6th St.
It is a 561,000-square-foot high-rise building across from the U.S. Post Office. The ground floor consists of shopping and parking spaces. Office space covers the 12th to 18th floors. The 22nd to 54th floors are apartments. It’s also close to the upcoming transit hub in the city.
