Ellen began her real estate career in 1974 and became a Broker in 1976. Before moving to Austin in 2002, Ellen assisted clients in the DFW metroplex with a focus on the mid-cities including Coppell, Valley Ranch and Las Colinas areas. When she saw the downtown Austin condo market emerging in 2002, Ellen opened an office in the central business district. This served not only downtown but urban neighborhoods including Clarksville, Tarrytown, UT campus and the South Congress areas.

As the popularity of the internet grew, the need to have a large, walk in office declined. The brokerage now maintains an office in WeWork located at 600 Congress Avenue.
